I don't think Jesus...

I don’t think Jesus takes it too lightly when the shepherd doesn’t do his job to protect the sheep.  

The greater part of that is to EQUIP them correctly. NOT equipping them to just be a good little sheep, but equipping them to be MIGHTY WARRIORS!
